All incoming students and faculty need three computer accounts:

· University Home Directory
· Architecture Login

Architecture School Account
This account is specifically for the architecture school and allows you to log into any of the school's computers, access our file servers, and print to the printers in the school. If you do not have one of these accounts, you will not be able to use many of the school's computer services. All students will need to activate their accounts before they can be used.

Most new students will already have an Email account on the central mail server, and have already been issued a ID in the abc1d format.
Before you can receive the password for your computing account you must Activate It by passing the responsible computing quiz. The quiz is based on Responsible Computing: A handbook for students.
Home Directory and File Storage (Eservices)
Home Directory is an account on the EServices domain for your University Home Directory and your personal WWW home page. With it you can store personal files and publish a personal Web page on the internet.
