Planning Student Awarded Top Honors at Virginia Public Health Assoc. Conference

Andrew D’hyvetter, graduate planning student, was awarded the ‘Outstanding Student Research Poster’ award at the Virginia Public Health Association Conference.

His poster, "Improving Control with Activity and Nutrition: A Preliminary Analysis of Community Interventions" received high praises from the judges and a great deal of attention and comment throughout the day. Co-authors include Nisha Botchwey (DUEP), Viktor Bovbjerg (Public Health Sciences) and Anne Wolf (Public Health Sciences).
