The orientation of framing shown above is not consistent with visible evidence, if it were framed as shown, the planking would be parallel to the wall, not perpendicular.
The framing shown here is more sensible. How do you feel about a 30 psf live load?
Note this shows the framing running in the opposite direction. Are there any clues?
Note that the rods do not line up with the columns. Do the beams line up with the columns?
